SRVME – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to SRVME, Kuwait’s on-demand home maintenance and improvement platform. By downloading, accessing, or using the SRVME mobile application or website (www.srvme.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms govern your use of the platform and define the relationship between SRVME, customers, and independent service providers.

2. Nature of SRVME Services

  • SRVME provides a digital marketplace connecting users with qualified independent service providers.
  • SRVME acts solely as a facilitator and does not employ or control service providers.
  • All workmanship, timing, and service outcomes are the responsibility of the service provider.

3. User Eligibility & Responsibilities

  • Users must be 18 years or older or have guardian consent.
  • Users must provide accurate registration information.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
  • All activity under the user account is the user’s responsibility.

4. Relationship Between SRVME & Providers

  • Service providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of SRVME.
  • SRVME facilitates booking, billing, and communication only.
  • SRVME is not responsible for provider actions, omissions, or damages.

5. Bookings, Pricing, Payments & Cancellations

  • Service prices and estimates are displayed in the app and may change after assessment.
  • Payments can be made via KNET, credit card, or SRVME Wallet.
  • Cancellations are subject to SRVME cancellation policy.
  • Late cancellations or provider arrival may incur fees.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or SRVME Wallet.

6. Service Quality, Warranty & Liability

  • Service issues must be reported within 24 hours of job completion.
  • SRVME’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service.
  • SRVME is not liable for provider mistakes, delays, misconduct, or property damage.
  • Any workmanship warranty is solely the provider’s responsibility.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

  • Providing false information
  • Harassing service providers or staff
  • Requesting illegal or prohibited services
  • Interfering with platform security
  • Bypassing SRVME to contact providers directly

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

8. Reviews, Ratings & User Content

  • Users grant SRVME the right to store, display, and moderate reviews.
  • SRVME may remove false, abusive, or misleading content.

9. Intellectual Property

All SRVME trademarks, logos, images, and content belong to Serve Me Web Design & Management Co. and may not be reproduced without written consent.

10. Privacy, Data Collection & Security

SRVME collects personal data including name, mobile number, address, location, payment details, and usage data.

Data is stored securely and handled in accordance with Kuwait data protection laws. While security measures are in place, no system guarantees 100% protection.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

SRVME may suspend or terminate accounts due to misuse, fraud, harassment, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Modifications to the Terms

SRVME reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Kuwait Courts.
